Total due at pickup: $50 • $25 rental fee • $25 refundable security deposit The $25 deposit will be returned once the background has been inspected and determined to be in good condition. CARE OF BACKDROPS Please handle all backgrounds with clean hands and care. Backgrounds should be kept away from food, drinks, pets, excessive moisture, dirt, mud, makeup, paint, glitter, smoke, and anything else that could stain, tear, or permanently damage the material. Do not cut, tape, pin, staple, glue, iron, sew, or otherwise alter the background. Please do not place anything on the background that could scratch, puncture, stain, or otherwise damage it. Backgrounds should be stored safely when not in use and protected from weather and other potentially damaging conditions. Please return the background in the same general condition in which it was received. DAMAGE OR LOSS The $25 rental fee covers the use of the background for the agreed rental period. It does not cover damage, permanent staining, tearing, cutting, burns, or loss. If a background is damaged beyond reasonable cleaning or repair, the renter is responsible for the full replacement cost of the background, including any applicable shipping or replacement expenses. If a background can reasonably be repaired or professionally cleaned, the renter may instead be responsible for the actual cost of cleaning or repair. If a background is lost, not returned, or returned in a condition that makes it unusable, the renter will be responsible for its replacement cost. RETURN TIME The rental period is 72 hours from the agreed pickup time. Backgrounds must be returned by the agreed-upon return time unless an extension has been arranged in advance. Please communicate as soon as possible if you need additional rental time. Extensions may be available for an additional rental fee. A LITTLE REMINDER ❤️ These backgrounds are being made available so other photographers, creators, and families can enjoy them too! Please treat them as you would your own photography equipment. A little care helps keep them available for everyone. By accepting the background, the renter acknowledges these terms and agrees to be responsible for the background during the rental period.
